1: What is your most important characteristic?Nine of Pentacles Rx
The most important characteristic of Lunatic as a deck is that it is reserved but unrestricted. It isn't going to be a blunt, vocal deck like Deviant and Magical Forest, but it also isn't going to be short with information either. It's not as playful a deck as it might seem...I'm kind of surprised.
2: What are your strengths as a deck?Queen of Cups Rx
It's strength as a deck is its attention to subtle details. Rather than large patterns it works best for focus on the flow of situations and the small things, important things, that get overlooked.
3: What are your limits as a deck?Eight of Swords
The limit of this deck is its voice. It holds back a bit, much like a shy or overly conscientious friend. Not the deck to go to if I need a slap in the face or a healthy dose of reality. I think its limitations are a direct result of the art, which is something I considered when it first arrived. Beautiful, but a little stiff or intractable at times.
4: What do you bring to the table?Knight of Cups
Lunatic brings a large does of emotion to the table. In readings I think it will emphasize feelings and reactions rather than action, for the most part.
5: How can I best learn from and collaborate with you?The Lovers
I'll learn best with this deck if I actually give it some attention every now and again. Times of emotional upheaval and life changes are probably the best occasions to use it, as opposed to "mundane" events. I can't demand much from it either, and just accept what it gives without asking for more.
6: What is the potential outcome of our working relationship?Eight of Pentacles Rx
This deck relationship will be one of artistry and attention to detail. Working with Lunatic will be much like how I work on a piece of art: there will be times when I slave over it, put it aside for months at a time, pick at it here and there, and ultimately end up more or less content with it. But, I think I will struggle to really connect with the deck.
Lunatic Tarot is a beautiful deck, but I suspect I won't be inclined to use it much. Who knows though, maybe it'll grow on me as a reading deck as I use it some.
