Decisions. Meditation. Working through one's thoughts. The moon really stands out to me here, maybe because of all the times it's come up in discussion recently. I found some symbology + air signs notes (since that's the element of swords...arguably) and the description feels fitting:Reacts to changing experiences with forethought and objective evaluation. Feels comfortable with self when able to be more rational when incorporating its intellectual capabilities into its emotional life.
The cat here is in a somewhat vulnerable position: alone, at night, blindfolded, at the edge of a body of water. Yet, she seems untroubled by her external situation. Instead she sits still, armed protectively and focused inwardly. She has a decision to make and it is best made objectively and with a level head.
The card is dark all around, but Cat sits in the clear, in the light of the moon. All will be well with some careful introspection.
